• For Customers from Sri Lanka, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
• Customers and Peershost agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before resorting to litigation.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, USA, for Customers from the USA.
• For Customers from Sri Lanka, this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
• The courts of the State of Montana, USA, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under this Agreement for Customers from the USA.
• For Customers from Sri Lanka, the courts of Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under this Agreement.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

11. Amendments

Peershost may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on the website. Customers are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Services after the posting of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes
